These terms are an agreement between you and Works4Us ("Works4Us", "we") for using works4us.com. By creating an account or using the site you accept them.

1. What Works4Us is

Works4Us is an online marketplace where employers find remote professionals and professionals find remote work. We are not an employer, staffing agency or recruiter, and we are not a party to any job, contract or payment between employers and professionals. Employers are responsible for their hiring decisions, pay and legal obligations to the people they hire.

2. Accounts

You must be 18 or older and give accurate information. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account. One person or company per account.

3. Free for professionals

Professionals never pay Works4Us to join, apply or be hired. Employers may not ask professionals for any fee, deposit, equipment purchase or training payment as a condition of a job. Report any such request to us.

4. Employer plans and billing

• Paid plans are monthly subscriptions billed in U.S. dollars through Stripe, and renew automatically each month until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time from Plan & billing; the plan stays active until the end of the period already paid.
• Fees already charged are not refunded for partial months, except where the law requires it or we decide otherwise.
• Each plan includes a number of open jobs and contact unlocks per 30-day period; unused unlocks do not carry over. We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice.

5. Rules for everyone

Do not post or send:

• fake jobs, scams, pyramid or “pay to work” schemes, or requests for money or bank details from professionals;
• illegal, adult, hateful, harassing or discriminatory content;
• false information about yourself, your company or your experience;
• spam, or contact details collected here used for anything other than hiring.

Do not scrape the site, get around plan limits, or interfere with its security.

6. Your content

You own what you post. You give Works4Us permission to host, display and share it on the site as needed to run the marketplace (for example, showing your profile to employers or your job to professionals). We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms.

7. No guarantees

We work to keep Works4Us useful and safe, but we do not verify every user, job or profile, and we cannot guarantee that you will hire or be hired. The site is provided “as is”.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Works4Us is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for anything that happens between employers and professionals. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Ending your account

You can stop using Works4Us at any time and ask us to delete your account at [email protected]. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put other users at risk.

10. Law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Florida, USA. If we change them we will update the date above and notify account holders of important changes by email; continuing to use the site means you accept the new terms. If the English and Spanish versions differ, the English version applies.
